- Understanding about hardware and software solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues on-site and remotely
- Installing and configuring hardware and software at project / customer site
- Liaising with customers to identify the root of their problem and resolve the issues.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
- Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Ability to manage multiple projects / issues at one time.
- Testing & evaluating new technologies of hardware and software
- Project management and co-ordination between customer, project contractors on site, external vendors and internal teams
- Implement hardware and software according to the requirements of the customer.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to prepare a system integration.
- Carry out configuration management during system integration.
